Titanic Nominations
1. Worst Airline US Airways – All of my bad flying experiences have occurred while using them.
2. Worst Airport LaGuardia Airport in New York. Feels like a rundown warehouse with planes parked outside.
3. Worst Train Amtrak from Montreal to New York.
4. Worst City for Driving Although I am from NYC, Dublin and Rome streets scared the hell out of me.
5. Worst Car Rental Hertz at Spokane International. They lost my reservation and did not have my reserved GPS upon arrival.

Pretty lame nominations. Worst airline? Come on. Have you actually travelled anywhere? Worst airport? LGA? Spent any time in South America, Africa, China, India or eastern Europe? And your idea of a worst rental car is a lost res. and no GPS in Spokane. I mean, why do you NEED a GPS in Spokane? Next comment is going to be “don’t drink the water in Cancun”……
Ha! More like 22 counties! Rome and Dublin! Talk about cliche.
The bes, however, is that the worst train is from Montreal to NYC. I’ve been on that train. You’ve got to be kidding. Great view, reasonably comfortable seats, and plenty of bathrooms. What’s the issue?
Seriously, what are the qualifications to put stuff up here? I can green screen myself in a picture too, you know.
@Antman
Hey, if the guy’s worst airline experiences all happened to be with US Airways, then he’s entitled to nominate them, isn’t he? Should he make something up instead just to sound like a ‘cooler’ traveler? So if your nominations aren’t something like ‘the train ride through Congo during which I was poisoned and robbed and had to hike my way through the jungle to get help…’, then he’s not a ‘real’ traveler. Looks like we have a few ‘travel wankers’ leaving comments.
@Vic Who said anything about “cooler”? Who said anything about “train rides through Congo…..”? Who said anything about “then he’s not a ‘real’ traveller”? You. Not me. My comments addressed what I thought (and still do) are “pretty lame” nominations for “Worlds Worst” travel experiences. Perhaps you should consider the forum and the context before sharing your thoughts. By the way, you sound like a real as*hole.
