These selfish bastards should have to leave their baggage at the airport they are departing from and arrange for it to be sent on later. Whilst on board the gutless stewards should ensure that the baggage is only stowed in the compartment allocated for it- not just anywhere it fits - usually in my spot! Inconsiderate, ill mannered,uneducated, mannerless selfish imbeciles should not be tolerated and significant financial and other penalties should be applied rigourously against them - why should they benefit by not paying excess baggage and then causing discomfort and inconvenience - A copy of an extract from J.S. Mill's "On Liberty" dealing with the question of "self and other regarding actions" should be read out ( in Chinese mainly) rather than the pointless monologue about how to blow up a life vest - you won't be able to find in an emergency anyway because it is jammed into an inaccessible spot because you couldn't get your own carry on baggage into the overhead bin!
