I am watching your show at the moment with the segment about Travelling and the do’s and don’ts, custom and traditions to follow in other countries.

It was rather disturbing to hear about all the things we are not allowed to do or that are not acceptable for us to do if we visit another country, YET! here in AUSTRALIA, our Government is trying to enforce or have us Aussies accept the different cultures we allow into our contry and trying to make us, our schools, our work places and OUR TRADITIONS, conform to those of other countries. Eg: allowing certain ethnic backgrounds to have their own personal holidays due to their culture and religion, making our schools conform to the certain traditions of NOT ALLOWING Birthday and Xmas celebrations in our schools.
Your guest on the show mentioned that it would be worng for us to wear certain clothing in hot weather in other countries as it is a sign of no respect, yet we here in Australia have to accept that turab head people, must be allowed to wear their turbons in schools, into banks, into the work place and on the streets, even though Aussies are told that Bike helmets etc: are not allowed to be worn in banks or shops. We need to have foreign people conform to OUR TRADITIONS and live OUR AUSSIE way, and respect US in OUR country, just as they want and expect respect from us in their countires. If you are a foreigner and choose to live in Australia, you MUST live the way AUSTRALIANS do, NOT change our customs!
