    Delta should go out of business.
    The most miseriable flights I’ve ever had, and uncomfortable worn out seats.
    Oh those Delta employees, I feel bad for them that they absolutely are the most unhappy employees, and they take it out on passengers.

    I totally agree with One Smart Cookie! The last flight I took with Delta was absolutely FREEZING. Several people asked for blankets and we were told they do not provide blankets and pillows anymore! When I responded with “you’re kidding” the flight attendant said to me “Maybe YOU should wear more clothes.”
    Nice, huh?

    i am not surprised by this. i have personally experienced more issues after the nwa merger. were they just not ready to handle all that capacity ? anyway, i have had several issues with delta in the past. their follow up customer service is even worse. it is a shame that they are now the world’s largest.
