The most miseriable flights I’ve ever had, and uncomfortable worn out seats.
Oh those Delta employees, I feel bad for them that they absolutely are the most unhappy employees, and they take it out on passengers.
I totally agree with One Smart Cookie! The last flight I took with Delta was absolutely FREEZING. Several people asked for blankets and we were told they do not provide blankets and pillows anymore! When I responded with “you’re kidding” the flight attendant said to me “Maybe YOU should wear more clothes.”

i am not surprised by this. i have personally experienced more issues after the nwa merger. were they just not ready to handle all that capacity ? anyway, i have had several issues with delta in the past. their follow up customer service is even worse. it is a shame that they are now the world’s largest.
The fact a 25.00+taxes charge is being still charge to passengers is so out rages people do like to be stuck with these extra charges so now the passenger is piss for the rest of the travel “LISTEN JUST RAISE YOUR PRICES”
