Smallest Plane SeatNominee

saab_340-nwa

Congratulations Northwest Airlines!  You and Saab have teamed up (on your Saab 340 plane) to create the world’s narrowest commercial plane seats, measuring in at a hip-crunching 16 inches. By comparison, the industry average for economy seats is closer to 17.5 inches. And a few economy seats are as wide as 19 inches.

You should try either Qantas or their subsidiary Jetstar they are very tight and smaller than pig crates

Did you ever fly with a KLM F-50 ? Not only tiny seats in a cramped 50 seat twin turboprop, also enourmeous noise of the engines. Good thing is that you have a fantastic view if you manage to get a window seat as the aircraft is a ‘High-Deck’type (Wings on top of the cabin instead of underneath it).
